SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.

Due to issues with Covid and individual country shipping and quarrantine policies, Wishbringer cannot be held responsible for orders once they leave the U.S.  Postal service tracking is unreliable and stops at U.S. borders.  We recommend foreign customers have products shipped to a U.S. address if possible, then arrange for your preferrred shipping from there.   There are no returns or refunds on overseas orders, even if item is damaged in shipping.  In short, overseas shipping was risky before Covid, and is even more unreliable now.  We wish to provide our customers this fair notice.  Customer assumes all responsibility for deliveries outside the U.S., as we cannot guarantee individual country policies or delivery procedure.  

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

All Wishbringer items are hand-made, hand-tested and fully functional when they go out the door.  Returns for exchange with identical item is allowed in case of shipping damage only. 

In all the years Wishbringer has been in business we've not once seen a legitimate "it doesn't work" return.  Post-sale support is 100%.  Wishbringer sells quality products and we wish you to be fully satisfied with your purchase... as indicated by our 5-star customer reviews.

Wishbringer takes great care in production quality and tests all items before shipping.  Our instruments are designed to last for decades and thanded down to the next generation.
